Anodized aluminum mixing cabin

Located in the non-sterile area, it consists of an anodized aluminum plenum integral with the H14 absolute filter housing grid, made of a specific extruded aluminum profile treated through an electrochemical process and equipped with a special filter confinement guide and completed by a PVC gasket.

Modular filter housing grille

Designed to ensure maximum dimensional flexibility, it adapts to different design requirements such as the surgical light compartment, the housing of probes and particle sensors, or the optimization of the filtering surface. It allows mechanical compression of the H14 absolute filter with double gasket, ensuring a reliable and secure seal.

H14 absolute filters with double seal

The H14 absolute filter is mechanically compressed by means of a compression grid with a perimeter gasket, ensuring an effective double seal and the highest level of filtration safety.

Uniform diffusion of laminar flow

After filtration, the air is distributed evenly thanks to the special RAL9003 painted perforated aluminum equalizing mesh, ensuring continuity and stability of the laminar flow throughout the sterile area.

High-performance recirculation unit

Includes EC plug & fan soundproofed fan, suction pre-filter, side primary air inlet, soundproofed duct, and motorized damper. Configurable with 1 or 2 motors, which can be installed either attached to the cabinet or remotely via soundproofed ducts.

Flexible motor configuration

Each unit can be equipped with 1 or 2 motors, connected to the mixing chamber or spaced apart via special soundproofed ducts, depending on design requirements and available space.

Intelligent control with touch panel

Real-time adjustment of air flow rate thanks to the touch panel in the room, which communicates with environmental sensors for dynamic and precise operation.
